All Of Our RCK Teens Get: Teen HaganaH Self-Defense, JL-Kickboxing mixed with Muay Thai Kickboxing & Combat Fitness. The Training method works by rotation and the training Days Are Every Tues & Thurs At 6pm Sharp!
